Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) in order to receive a refund, within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Your return can only be approved based on the following reasons:

DamagedThe product is damaged in delivery
DefectiveThe product does not function as described in its manufacturer specification
Incorrect/wrong itemNot the product the customer ordered (e.g. wrong size or wrong color)
Missing items/partsMissing items/parts as indicated in the packaging

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.You will also be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs related to returning the product.
