SHIPPING POLICY

Vankyo provides free shipping for all orders. For projectors & accessories, we will directly ship the items from our US warehouse in California. Please double check your delivery address when you place an order as the Vankyo team is not able to change the address after products are shipped. After you purchase on the official Vankyo website, our team will email you the tracking number once the product is shipped. Please frequently check your email, and feel free to contact support@ivankyo.com for further questions.

Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email listing the items ordered and your shipping information. Please review these details (country, street number, company name, unit...) and contact us immediately if there are any errors. If you haven't received the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

How long does delivery take?
3-7 business days.
Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.

Where does Vankyo ship to?
United States.
We cannot deliver to the following areas:Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces, Pacific

How will my delivery be shipped?
We choose DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx to fulfill orders, all orders shall be shipped from our US warehouse in California.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.


Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country of import. please contact your local customs authority for more information. all return costs caused by failure to sign for packages / products will be the responsibility of the customer and not Vankyo
